1. cause they were totaly different?

or perhaps it was that one hot God they both totally wanted to take to prom, and fought over until both were injured and neither could go to prom, and they have never forgiven each other since.

Of course, before the pre-Puritan Church of England probably would have gotten along with the Quakers even less.
