Half naked man arrested in horse pasture
Tehama County sheriff’s deputies arrested an Orland man Tuesday night after a rancher reported seeing him in his horse pasture wearing only a flannel shirt and an electronic monitoring device on his ankle.

The rancher called deputies at about 7:30 p.m. and told them he had seen Ronald Marion Guest, 42, who lives nearby, half naked in the pasture, sheriff’s deputies said today.

Guest ran away when deputies arrived, but was later found hiding in bushes, deputies said.
