I haven't had one like this in years and I've got to drive home. I feel like I'm going to come right out of my skin. :(

9. Panic attacks are awful.
I had one a couple of days ago - thankfully, I didn't have to drive anywhere. Be careful on the way home.

I find my Tibetan singing bowl helps. Something about those harmonics settles me down. Bach works pretty good too - as long as you avoid the Toccata and Fugue in D.

21. If there's tachycardia involved, try this (it really works):
Run a sink full of cold water and dunk your face into it. Really. It knocks down the speeding heart rate just like THAT. I don't know if it might help with your other panic-attack symptoms, but at least it'll get your pulse rate under control. Redstone

22. Sorry you are going through that
talk to your doctor about some natural remedies. Kava kava is great and valerian root. There are several other good ones. To me they work a lot better than prescriptions medicines and no addiction worries. In liquid form taken under the tongue, Kava kava works in minutes.
