Help me identify a video. PLEASE!

A few months ago, I was watching a music video show here in NYC where you can usually see new music of an alternative bent, very hip stuff. On this particular occasion, they played a video that looked like a cartoon out of the 1930s with a bunch of crows or other birds singing or whistling or skatting a very catchy--almost annoyingly catchy and repetitive--tune that also sounded like something out of the 1930s. I had the distinct sense that this was a totally new video, but I wasn't sure about the song. It could have been a found sample of an old novelty song.

I have tried Googling and searching on YouTube various things like crows (or birds) skatting (or scatting) cartoon (or animation) music video, but nothing like anything I was looking for came up.

Does this sound like anything you've seen? Can anyone help me find this video. My daughter won't let me rest until I find it. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me?

Nothing comes to mind by the description you are giving,sorry.

I am thinking of 'It's my life' by Talk Talk,but that is definitely
not the video you are referring to.
