People should control their dogs
So I'm taking my little dog for a walk to the park, she is on her lead, two other dogs run over and attack her, biting her leg and back side, my dog starts yelping, I try to pick her up but the lead gets tangled up, after about a minute of this, The owner of the two dogs, a lady, just walks over casual as you like, tells her dogs to leave my dog alone.

I asked her, "are your dogs okay" even though my dog didn't bite once, and she just walks off without saying anything.

I couldn't believe that she didn't say sorry.

3. I've seen that exact scenario. Stupid dumbass people.
They don't seem to see anything wrong with letting their dogs run wild in public and terrorize people and other dogs.

5. When this happens, ask for a name, address and insurance company.
You deserve the information, and they need to know about liability and responsibility.

If she doesn't give it to you, follow her home and call the police.

6. Brettdale, you are a much nicer person than I am
This has happened to me while walking my dog on a leash.

And, in order to protect the safety of my dog, I have had to kick at the offending dog to get them away.

And then the owners have gotten more than an earful out of me.
