1. Knob's Creek on the rocks!!!!
Don't go with the Jim Beam. I used to drink that, but I've discovered the pleasures of Knob's Creek bourbon. VERY smooth.

Just my $3.00...

:-)

7. It's the premium of bourbon.
Simply the best.

And you did right with your son. Introduced him to the finer things in life.

8. Hmmmm Tequila by far the biggest renter of my liquor cabinet...
I've got

Chinaco Anejo (Bartcop is right), Cazadores Reposado (hands down the best deal and best reposado out there), Patron Silver (probably the biggest rip off in the tequila market), Don Julio Reposado (its okayyyy...) and some horrrrrible Gusano Rojo Mezcal (Lemme put it this way - its great for cooking.)

Chinaco Anejo, I'd like to try it, expensive?
And...

13. Chinaco is a sipping tequila
It is expensive ($55 for 750 ml), but worth it.

HOWEVER, if you want the best bang for your buck, Cazadores Reposado is excellent, only about $30 and I think its just as good. It is a reposado tho, which means it still has some rough edges.

10. Hmmmm...never been a wine drinker
Parents loved wine, so does the whole family, wife too...I just cant get into it.

I mean it's OKAY....but it just doesn't float my floatilla, ya know?

Now if we're talking BEER, I do love a fine handcrafted microbrew served just above room temp...

14. Wine is kind of Republican isn't it?
Like Golf.

Still there are Democratic Golfers.

I love all of the spirits in moderation and beer. Wine, I find to be the least taxing on the body and is a natural accompaniment for food. Tonight we had a steak on the grill and for me red wine is a must with steak.
