... that this is one of the deadest times of the year for a sports fan. Baseball is just around the bend, though.

I watch absolutely no sports of any kind- I have absolutely no interest in any of them.
Part of it may be from growing up in Chicago, where they don't have any professional sports teams.

What have the fins done to tie up free agents? The Saints designated Darrin Howard (DE) franchise and locked up Fred Thomas (CB) with a pretty sweet deal. Miami having cap trouble.
