Would anyone here be in favor of a topic forum for writers?

Lately I've had the pleasure of seeing a number of posts here in the lounge or other places having to do with writing, writing nonfiction, novels, screenplays or other creative forms.

Writing is not the easiest occupation, and I admit it would be nice to have others to talk to about it.

Do any of you think it would be a good idea to have a place where writers could hang out, commiserate, talk to each other, share ideas and war stories?
