Basically, you would still need a donor sperm from a male. Let's call him "Spermy". The DNA would need to be stripped out of Spermy, and the DNA from the other female would be injected into the egg. Then fertilize said egg with Spermy and voila! A natural baby!

induce it somehow to grow into a sperm cell, but where would the Y chromosome come from ? maybe a male family member can donate it.

Then that sperm cell is fertilized with her egg , and voila , a baby is made.
