Thankfully it has been so long that I was able to think it through, but still, that was weird.

1. Did you figure out what your trigger was?

5. Sometimes I have craves for no reason. Sometimes just boredom causes a crave.
I've only been quit for 8 months though.

3. My trigger is a house closing
Luckily, I've only bought two houses in my life (and, like you, I'm able to not smoke).

4. My sister, who used to smoke years ago told me that the craving never leaves
you entirely...it's been almost 25 years since she and her husband stopped, and she has said to me that there are days when she could just light one up..thankfully, she hasn't.

And I wish to hell I never started the fucking things

6. This topic fascinates me.
I never had any exposure to nicotine at all, but had a craving for it when I was around 25 years old and having major depression.

All of a sudden I wanted to smoke.

Just out of the blue.
