I couldn't help myself I get alerts via e-mail every time a new job is posted in my professional career center so when I saw it in my inbox I couldn't resist applying. Though I think there may be some bugs in their system because it looks like they posted this job on March 23rd, why I'm getting the alert a week late is a mystery.

It was one of those easy online applications where you fill out basic information and upload your resume, cover letter and references. It's not my ideal job (I'm still waiting to hear back from that one) but in this economy one can't be too choosy.

Now I'm all fired up and can't go to sleep, fortunately I don't have to be in to work until 1:30 tomorrow

let's just hope they don't look at the time stamp and decide I'm too "strange" for the position
