And now, your Wingnut Post O' The Day!
You wouldn't expect the comment forums at the Honolulu Star-Bulletin (amazingly, we're still a two-paper town) to be such a fertile source of wingnut douchebaggery, but there you go.

About the current tense budget negotiations between our legislature (44-7 Dem House, 23-2 Senate!) and governor Linda Lingle (R-Grandstanding for the Cameras Because Talking Heads Keep Mentioning Her as a Dark Horse for 2012):

At least the Honorable Governor Lingle is trying to negotiate in earnest. This is the extreme opposite from dictator hussein obama (who is all show and no substance) and the dictatorial democratic members of the U.S. congress who ignored or shelved every idea that the Republicans offered using the standard democrat excuse that "it's the same failed policies of the last eight years". In truth, the economy tanked because of the likes of jiminy carter, clinton, chris dodo, and baloney frank, who forced the lending institutions to make subprime loans to people who could not afford it. This created a massive delinquency on loans and led to the fall of the financial institutions and real estate prices. So, when these yahoos make a statement, they should back it up with the facts.

Well, I just learned something. I had no idea that Jimmy Carter was behind the subprime mortgage crisis. In fact, I can't even remember the word "subprime" ever being used in the '70s. :eyes:

1. Carter didn't stop it before it started, so he is at fault.

2. Those are some kindly dictators.....
who allow unlimited right to dissent, and to elect dissenters to public office.
