I've been going through some of my old poetry and I found this one hidden away in an old text file. Not sure if you've ever seen it- it's very old- I thought you may enjoy it. I'm fairly certain it's been published somewhere, some time in the distant past. For some reason I always had a feeling it's not quite a completed work. I may take some time to figure it out one day.
In the meantime, here it is just for you.
Clouds
Such silly, wispy, dreamy things we see through sleepy eyes, while lying in the grassy park on warm and lazy days! Daydreaming funny shapes within the quiet forms above— Such fluffy puffs, such creamy toys! Sweet cotton-candy dreams. Reach up and try, you sleepy-head, to catch your private clouds— Imaginings all rolling past, especially for you!
