The "Five Ingredient" show on the Food Network IS A LIAR.
I saw this show for the first time, today. It's supposed to be about making dishes with five or less ingredients.
The host starts to make some beef thing and practically the first words out of her mouth are: "I'm rubbing this with salt and pepper. I'm NOT GOING TO COUNT salt or pepper among the FIVE ingredients, because everyone has those in their pantry..."

BULLSHIT! BULL SHIT!
You can't claim that it is "FIVE" ingredients and then selectively "not count" ingredients.

That's like saying, "I stole these cookies from a girl scout. Since I did not pay for them, they have no calories and I can eat the entire box."

Whatever!
Lies and Liar-ing!
