4. my roommate

all his food is cooked in oil on the stove, but the coating of oil on the stove top is something that doesn't need to be wiped up and the hood vent doesn't need to be run.

he thinks that a little bit of cold water swirled in a pan makes it clean. doesn't matter that there is food crusted all over it and/or a visible sheen of grease on it. if it got wet, it is clean and suitable to be put into the cabinet. likewise, dishes should just be piled up on the counter rather than going into the dishwasher.

trash isn't something that needs to be taken out if it smells or is full. just keep mashing it down and the problem is resolved.

shoveling the walk? pffffffffft
mowing the lawn? pffffffffft

at least he pays his bills on time.
