I fell off the non-smoking bandwagon a few months ago. I decided to give it another shot, this time using nicotine patches. Lets just say that I'm really missing a smoke with my morning coffee. Grrrrrrr. I picked the wrong time to stop sniffing glue!

1. Hopping back on the wagon when you fall off is the way to go
That's the best advice anyone ever gave me in regards to quitting smoking. Don't let a minor mistake turn you into a full-blown nicotine addict again.

The more distance you put between you and the smokes the easier it gets. If you can make it 2 months you will probably find that you don't even think about it a whole lot anymore.

2. I would probably roll it up and smoke it.
Then again, I haven't gone a day without a cigarette since I was 14 years old(24 years). That's just me.

If you are serious about quitting, just keep trying and don't get too upset with yourself if you fall off the wagon. They don't call it addiction for nothing. Just dust yourself off and try try again.

Meanwhile, they were out of my usual brand at the store the other day. So, I had to pick another brand. I picked the one that the woman I'll never quit loving always used to smoke; Winston Lights.

3. I did so good last year, made it about 2 months, then had a really stressful event that knocked
me off and I just threw my hands up and said to hell with it and went back full bore! I've decided to give it another shot and it's been way harder than it was last year as far as withdrawals, so I tried the nicotine patch which does seem to take the edge off, but I'm still feeling a little jumpy this morning. Maybe I should put two patches on! LOL.
