Has anyone here done the Martha's Vineyard Detox Diet?

After listening to some of the people on the Howard Stern show describe the effects it has had on them, I decided to try it.

I have only two questions:

1. Have you tried it and what did you think?

2. Why does it take two weeks for them to deliver it, and will it come by the regular mail, UPS or what?

In this day and age, almost nothing takes ten to fifteen days to deliver.

I'm impatient to get started.

3. Yep, I think a good one is the Clean Eating Diet

It's basically just healthy recipes. Everything I've made from those cookbooks has been really good.

Is usually a scam,IMHO. It's one of those magic sounding words snake oil merchants LOVE
