7. I was such an idiot...
One day, about 15 years ago, the little girl down the street stayed at our house while her mom ran errands. I thought Bambi would be great entertainment for her. I never stopped to think she'd be upset. It made her cry, and I felt like total scum.

5. Had to choose Old Yeller for two reasons.
Because I was just an impressionable kid.
Because it wasn’t animated.

That movie was devastating. Beats the pants off of Dumbo and Bambi put together.

She is wrongly caged as a wild animal. She tries to reach out with her trunk (through the bars) to caress Dumbo who is outside but just out of reach.

23. When Gepetto started to carve Pinocchio a smaller nose, only he'd already turned into a real boy
Man, talk about your senseless violence.

Mufasa's demise didn't bother me at all--Frankly, with his sanctimonious attitude throughout the first half of the movie, I think he got what he had coming. The way he treated his younger brother... he was practically begging for it.

25. When the fox in the Fox and the Hound realized they could no longer be friends.
Saddest moment in any disney film.
It's a genuine sadness almost all of us can relate to, opposed to many films which may be technically sadder at times, but really don't have a sadness that we can all easily relate to our lives.

Of course, I think the Fox and the Hound is by far the best Disney movie ever made.
:D

as the song, "Baby Mine" plays...He's just been led by Timothy the Mouse to his mother, who is chained up in a cage. As their trunks touch, Dumbo's eyes well up with tears.

<on edit> Just skimmed through the other posts. Glad to see I'm not alone.
