I have been looking at housing
lofts near the city
apts back where I went to school
even the islands of Hawaii

my options are totally open and I think that is absolutely awesome. I have never lived alone before.....went from hom, to dorm, to living with someone, back to home. I am going out there to make my mark..........
please insert solicited advice here

my first choice too.....the lofts I was interested in has turned condo which may make things more difficult

I have a year left of paying off my surgery......all the while I will save and decided what kind of adventure I want to live.......possiblities are wonderful aren't they?

4. Avoid ground-level or basement units.
All my break-ins occurred when I lived in a ground-level unit.

at umass my sophmore year I lived in the basement/ground floor and we had a masturbator.....some guy who would come up to the window and jerk off while watching us do our homework, make ramin.....whatever......
and there are bugs and mold

all for higher elevation!

Affordable lofts, contemporary, historical, industrial urban environment, 45 mins by train to Boston, and a huge artist community...you'd fit right in here!
