I just made a homemade carrot cake

and make the guacamole.

3. It's the recipe from Commander's Palace in New Orleans.

The stuff is to die for. I'm just putting it out with the guac for the kids to munch on before we eat.

We're having
Spiral sliced Ham with a brown sugar glaze
Rolls
Corn casserole
potato casserole
Fruit salad to start
Caesar salad
Asparagus with Hollandaise.

Boston Creme Pie.

I hope they like it. The little freaks.

We are also having ham... with maple glaze.

Baked potato casserole ( potato's, cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions )

Steamed baby carrots and steamed asparagus.

Rolls.

And one hour at my parents babtist church where I assume the walls will be bleeding upon my arrival! :P
