What's the deal with Netflix skipping around my queue?

I have all of the Star Trek: The Next Generation discs in my queue. Every once in a while, the system decides to skip over some or all of those and send me whatever is next in the queue (which in this case is Lost: Season 1). Ever have this happen to you?

1. Once.

I got an e-mail saying that they were skipping the next disc in a series because it couldn't be shipped immediately.

They shipped the next thing in my cue and then shipped the series disc from a few states away the next day.

2. I just dropped Netflix again

The final straw was them upping the fees on Blue-Ray. I went back to Blockbuster. No fees for Blue-Ray which saves me $3 per month. I don't get free instant movies no more, but I wasn't watching them a lot anyway.

3. I dropped blockbuster when they eliminated unlimited free in store returns

Now you can only get 5 a month. The fact that I don't live in a town that has a Blockbuster anymore didn't help. I'm pretty happy with netflix and the 1 DVD at a time plan for $9, the instant streaming videos are totally worth it to me. I just hooked up the XBOX 360 to stream them onto the TV.
