Fate can be cruel. A former co-worker who was a Bob Jones graduate

got a job in Madison, WI, and relocated there.

And here am I, in a city red as a baboon's arse..... :sigh:

3. awww, I like Wisconsin
but I've only been there in the summer... don't think I could take 4 months of subzero weather... but Wisconsin is a nice relaxing place, I thought.

4. Yeah, but you don't have to live next to it
:P

Truthfully, I like Wisconsin too. I have friends and family from there, and Madison is a great town, too.

Plus, their liquor stores are open on Sundays, unlike Minnesota's. When I was a drinking man, I appreciated that 15 minute drive to Hudson in more ways than one.

6. OTOH I'm pretty sure the BJ University grad is thinking that fate is pretty cruel, too.

I mean, sticking him in Mad Town like that.

We'll see how well his BJ training holds up after exposure to the actual, liberal teaching and principles of Jesus being put into action all around him.

;)

7. I'm hoping he'll lighten up. I like this dude, in spite of the fact that

politically we're 180 degrees apart.
