That's nice

Two Southern Belles were sitting outside on porch one day.
The first belle says, "My husband loves me so much he got me this beautiful diamond ring."
To which the second lady says, "That's nice."
"And you see that Mercedes along the street? My dear husband bought me that as well."
"That's nice," replied the second belle.
"And he's even talking about getting me the huge mansion on top of the hill!"
"That's nice."
The first Belle then asks the second what her husband has gotten for her.
"Well my husband loves me so much he sent me to finishing school."
"My that's wonderful," says the first Belle, "Have you learned anything?"
"Yeah, we were taught to say 'That's nice' when we mean to say 'Fuck you!'"
