1. Can they be warmed up?

My wife buys this sort of thing from a local establishment for 99 cents that you mix with a little oil and an egg, pour into little cups that are provided and bake for 8 minutes. warm, gooey and so good.

4. IMHO, these are even easier - all you have to do is add water, stir,

and heat for about 30 seconds in the microwave. I bought a 2-pack of minis (like in the picture) for about $2 at Food Lion. :hi:

I'm doing OK, been pretty busy though! I landed two jobs, right around the same time - one is a temporary grant-funded position that runs out at the end of the week, and the other is a permanent part-time job. :D I'm excited about being able to afford gas, groceries, etc. again, but things have been a little crazy lately. How have you been? :hug:

I've pretty much cut contact with my family. But health is doing better--Going back to Mayo for what amounts to a checkup..after about a year of playing and adjusting meds..it seems to be working...
