Smoking Contact - This is too funny to not share

A few days ago my sisters(the twins, age 7) started asking my Mom questions about smoking after a school presentation. My sisters asked my Mom to make an agreement with them - if they don't smoke she should give them each $5,000 dollars when they turned 30, according to them. Well today the twins decided they wanted to write a contract, to make sure they get their money. Below is a scanned copy of the contract my Mom wrote for them. I've included a transcript below since her handwriting is somewhat unreadable at times, lol.





Be It Known That A Contract was entered into on 4-16-2009 by

Tamara {last name removed}, an over medicated and inebriated-at-the-time-of-signing-party who was blackmailed by twin daughters by the threat of their future illnesses, was extremely tired, and suffering from chronic illness, and known to be illiterate,

and

Olivia and Alana {last name removed}, twins who held their mother under threat of their own future illnesses, and coerced her into signing this document

that

Tamara {last name removed} will give each of them $5,000.00(five thousand dollars) if they do not TOUCH a cigarette by age 30(thirty), unless she chooses otherwise for any reason.
