Whatever happened to Beatnik clubs?

You know, the ones where the patrons snapped their finger to applaud the poets and musicians?

I went to closest thing to one back in 1984 in Austin.

Never another one since

I am watching a movie now called A Bucket of Blood.

It is about Beatniks.

The killer in the movie is a beatnik.

The This movie channel plays strange movies.
