I'm just way too wimpy for that stuff.

greatest horror movie of all time. though i can't figure out where Michael learned to drive in the first place? seems like a significant oversight for the good doctors at the mental hospital to teach him.

3. I've debated this over the years with many...
My only explanation is that the car was an automatic and it really isn't all that tough to drive. You just put your foot on the gas and there you go.

4. that's true, but you have to have at least some knowledge of the rules
it's one thing to operate a car, it's quite another to drive well enough not to attract any attention.

5. It was late, on the other hand, you've got to think there was an APB put out for that car.
So even if he knew how to drive, not attracting any attention to a car of that make heading back to Haddonfield seems very unlikely. Especially given the proximity and the fact there is probably only one highway from Smith's Grove to Haddonfield.

7. Yeah, just the clothes.
It would've made for a more consistent plot if he had dumped the car.

8. Di8d you know that Jamie Lee Curtis is actually Lady Haden-Guest?
"Halloween" was the first R-rated movie In saw in a theater. Scared the hell out of me!

12. Yup, not just my favorite horror movie, my favorite all-time movie.
I went and saw the remake in 2007, was on pain killers and threw up. Not going to say the movie caused me to throw up, but yeah...

13. AMC sucks, they edit and censor.
It's cable TV for cryin' out loud. If something offends me, I'll self censor and not watch it. Besides Trading Places is better, Jamie Lee gets nekkid in that one. But not on AMC.
