I have money in the bank WooHoo!
a friend was messing around on her computer and discovered I have money in an old account from at least forty years ago!

It can't be much but it is still pretty exciting because it has got to be from my stingy ex, who died twelve years ago so it is MINE___ALL MINE!!

Checking that site for "lost" money is really something everyone should do. I checked for family members several years ago and found for them old tax refunds, utility deposits unclaimed, etc.

2. Funny...My grandfather died in 1988 but we just recently
discovered yet another bank account with money in it last year..Growing up during the depression made him very wary of banks so he had about a brazillion different accounts....

3. Cool! We check unclaimed funds occasionally,
never found anything for us but have found some for family and coworkers.
