I just stumbled across an incredible vegan blog (pics included)
I was searching for new appetizer ideas and found a recipe for miniature napoleons with eggplant creme. I clicked the link, and found myself at www.VeganYumYum.com. I've never heard of it before, but the pictures of the food look incredible and I thought some of you might be interested:
