Stupid question about Mattress toppers... feather or fiber
Do you put sheets over them? I want to get one, but if you can't fit a sheet over the top, I don't think I want to buy one. I need to be able to change my bedding and you can't exactly wash the toppers that easily.

1. Let's see if I can put my product knowledge to use here...
Mattress toppers are, by and large, something that will go on top of your mattress but under your mattress pad. The issue is finding a mattress pad and a fitted sheet that will fit over the mattress topper. For the most part, the toppers won't be more than 3" thick, so depending on the thickness of your mattress, finding a mattress pad and a fitted sheet that will fit over the topper shouldn't be a problem at all.

For the most part, you really can't clean a mattress topper. They're either made of feather, fiber, or foam, and none of them particularly do well with washing.

If you're worried about having to wash your mattress topper, don;t get one. There are a lot of mattress pads available that can be as thick and as comfy as a mattress topper, and they can either me in the form of a feather or fiber pad that will provide thickness and comfort. Some of these thicker mattress pads can be washed, but you always want to read the directions and check with the sales associates to make 100% sure on what you can and can't do with them.

Hope that helps!

4. Most fitted sheets nowadays are made to fit over mattress toppers.
All my sheets fit over my mattress topper just fine.

3. Memory Foam!
I bought a Novaform memory foam topper from Costco and love it. You can easily put a mattress protector over it if you want to.
