Why Is Everyone Taking Off Their Clothes?

Seems like every one, celebs and noneties alike are into shedding their clothes these days. First there was Jennifer Anniston. Then and on an ongoing basis there's Pamela Anderson who is nearly always naked, then comes Padmini Laksmi and now there's Richard Branson wind surfing with a naked model hanging on:

Not to mention the"wizard" who felt compelled to run around the Coachella Rock concert waving his magic wand until the cops tasered him. Altogether baffling!! :crazy:

Just wondering as a social observer as to what's prompting this trend. Heck, the significant other is a life long "naturist" and I've done time at clothing optional venues. In those years it wasn't something that was widely known or talked about so here all of a sudden there's this tossing out of inhibitions (and clothes).
