AWWWW, Mel Kiper is pissed that the Raiders aren't following his rankings

Mel Kiper is having a hissy fit because the Raiders had the gall to take Darious Heywood from Maryland instead of Michael Crabtree with the 7th pick. Kiper is pissed because HE had Crabtree ranked higher. "Heywood was 30th in MY rankings!!!!!" :eyes:

And he's paid to have an opinion. I'd rather have someone passionate than some boring guy who just agrees with everything.

that's a guy that believes in HIS rankings (read: guesswork) WAAAAY too much. these rankings are all guesswork. most busts come from the top picks, the rankings are bullshit guesses.

6. In all fairness to Mr. Kiper, Al Davis is a serious dumbass for getting Heyward-Bey at #7.

He could have traded down to the lower half of the round and still gotten him. Still, I'm glad he did because the domino effect he created allowed the Skins to get Orakpo, who may have otherwise not been there.
