Anybody know anything about finding somebody using Usenet post headers?

I'm a little freaked out right now. Anybody know how to figure out (or at least get close to determining) who posted a message on Usenet using the headers?

6. I'm not an expert but header info is only useful in obtaining personal info about a poster if you

are A. A law enforcement agency with a court order forcing an ISP to reveal personal info about the poster. or

B. You are a hacker. or

C. The poster is dumb enough to use a return to address connected to a public user profile with his personal info unhidden. (like a Yahoo email addy and profile.)
