2. Have you ever eaten the pea shoots?
The tender tips (with or without tendrils, but I discard them) can be chopped and mixed into a green salad or if you have lots and lots of them they're also good stir-fried.

I'm going to harvest some from my yard this week along with young snow peas and snaps.
