If you like Spinach you will LOVE this recipe!!!!!
http://www.rockytophospitality.com/recipes/?ID=18

This is the recipe. Make sure you use a big sautee pan because you need to mix the spinach around so it gets properly sauteed. You don't add the apples until after the other ingredients are cooked

Ingredients
10 oz fresh spinach
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 Granny Smith apple
1 Tbl raisins
1 Tbl pinenuts, tosted
Salt and pepper
2 Tbl olive oil
Preparation
Peel and core the apple. Dice apple in 1/8" pieces- reserve. Heat olive oil with minced garlic in a large skillet until garlic begins to brown. Add Spinch and toss until just wilting. Add the raisins and pine nuts and toss to mix. Season with salt and pepper and divide the spinach onto two plates.

I actually had this dish at a local restaurant and just loved it. As a lark, I googled the 4 main ingredients and this is the actual dish. It's so easy to make and it's really really yummy!

10. I'm going to have to try this
The only thing I usually add to my sauteed spinach is minced garlic. It never occured to me to add sweet to it. :9
