Jeepers, Midlo, just how did you manage to joke your way out of a ticket last night?

And, this cop was the one who came to my house about my son a week or so back when he was at the tennis courts in the rain. :eyes:

She said I ran a stop sign, which honestly, I think she had the wrong car because I distinctly remember noticing that the tennis court lights were on and I was kind of musing to myself about who would play tennis so late on a work night.

Anyhoo. She asked me why I thought she pulled me over, blah, blah, blah.

Then, I told her that there was no fairness in the fact that she pulled me over and the day she came to my house I she wouldn't let me borrow her gun to shoot BoyM.

Kind of went from there.

Oh, and I didn't have my license on me, either. So essentially, I joked my way out of two tickets.

8. Because he had his license all of two days before the cops were

knocking at the door. Apparently some 'busybody' to quote the cop, called in that he and two friends were hanging around the tennis courts.

Which in itself is weird, because even in bad weather, the concession stand is open.

It was more a lament that it was supremely unfair that she was stopping me when she refused to let me borrow her gun or her stick.

I even told her I'd clean up the blood and blame it on her partner.
