7. My best friend used to simply call them "VersaRobbers."

In the ancient 80s, they used to be called "VersaTellers" I think; that is where the term came from, apparently.

15. One of my many pet-peeves.

Why would anybody waste money on a hot water heater? I installed a cold water heater in my home. If I had hot water I wouldn't need a water heater.
