FUCK! It's a Scam!
The company trying to interview JennaLaw tomorrow is a scam company. The managers apparently spend all their time interviewing suckers trying to bring in fresh meat. It's a pyramid scheme, with new flunkies doing direct sales and money getting channeled upwards to the managers.

The web site is slick as shit. http://www.pmg7.com/ But Google instantly turns up a lot of warnings about their various corporate names that this is a scam.

Jenna is NOT going to be going to that interview tomorrow.

Damn it! She has been searching daily for a hell of a long time now. It would be nice if she could get a serious hit. Why did it have to be a scam?
x(

She was depressed and feeling it personally as if she isn't worth a better job. This is when it sucks that she's still in a different state. It's harder to cheer someone up over the phone. :(

I'm sorry. At least she found out before she went in and wasted her time. WHAT is wrong with those people? :grr: Everything is bad enough without these creeps trying to scam and steal from everyone.

2. In a bad economy, it's the scams that survive.

3. That's because they prey on the people who are desperate enough to try something they wouldn't
Edited on Tue Apr-28-09 10:59 PM by DarkTirade
otherwise be willing to try...

... and there are far more people like that in a bad economy than in a good one.

I'm glad you guys found out now though instead of later.

You did help...more than you know!!!...just by talking to me last night.

You are right, something will come along soon. Just have to wait for that to happen. But I am not a very patient person

Thaks so much, again, for everything you do.

6. Well, what do you want to be doing?
Edited on Wed Apr-29-09 08:36 AM by Chan790
and

What have you done previously? (Don't discount anything in terms of experience, the thing on my resume that draws the most interest is the 18 month hiatus-from-work which I spent as caretaker to my grandmother with lung cancer. I know a guy who was hired to run political campaigns (for the NYGOP :() based on his experience as a professional regatta racer (like America's Cup) and a lawyer for the American Bar Association working in disability law whose main qualification setting him apart from the other 500 people who applied for his job was that he'd been a rec. league softball umpire for 10 years and had thus shown an ability to remain calm and rational in situations of authority gone badly.)

I'm serious. What sort of work are you looking for? My one great skill seems to be to find other people great jobs. Mind you, I can't seem to find me even a mediocre job in my chosen field.

In NYC, right? If you can type and have a knack for understanding very-heavy accents, there are about a half a dozen placement agencies in Flatbush dying for lack of talent to hire out. They for some reason only seem to advertise in The Caribbean Times local newspaper so nobody knows about them.

5. Q.2) How long does it take to become a manager?
FAIL

That is a 100% scam question.

Don't walk, RUN away.
