Poll question: Favorite LEMMON-MATTHAU movie
Just curious; I'm not that big a fan. I REALLY liked The Front Page when I first saw it, but I'm not sure it would appeal as much to my adult, or anyway older, mind.

Apparently, The Grass Harp was a little love they were both in as a favor to Matthau's son, who directed. Capsule reviews focus on Sissy Spacek and Piper Laurie, so presumably the old guys had small parts, but still, they're there.:)

2. I voted for "The Odd Couple" but
both Jack and Walter appeared in "JFK" but I don't believe they shared any scenes.

4. They were both in "Chaplin," too
although as that was archive footage from the Oscar ceremony where Chaplin got his Lifetime Achievement award, it really doesn't count.
