It was like they were watching another game, altogether.

5. So that's what that was about.

I was at a swimming pool, and all we could see was a big screen image of Nicholson's reaction. Half the pool started chuckling and saying "Jaackkk." He's more of an icon than the Lakers. :)

Last night I heard Jack got POed at some trash talking Nuggets fans
at a game in Denver and mooned them!

9. The last minute of regulation

Gasol commits an illegal screen, no call. Lakers score.

Bryant pushes off, no call. Lakers score.

Last play of regulation Lee drives around Bryant, Bryant grabs Lee, no call. Lee misses shot, gets no foul shots (Lakers in the penalty) and regulation ends in a tie.

11. The shot had no chance of going in

Which is why there was no call against Gasol. The ball has to actually be going IN the basket for that call. It had bounced over and off the rim by then.

Also consider a few minutes earlier, a an idiotic foul was called against Gasol for the crime of putting his arms up without contact.

And the out-of-bounds call against Kobe where the refs claimed it bounced off his leg. The replay clearly showed he had NO contact with the ball.

I would say the refs suck both ways. It evened out.

18. And how could I forget,,,

At the end of the 1st quarter, Dwight Howard put his ARM UP THROUGH THE NET to knock Gasol's shot OUT of the basket, and yet...

NO CALL.

But I won't complain about the bad calls - that is so Sacramento Kings 2002.

I saw at least 8 fouls on the Lakers that were never called.

I was yelling my head off and nearly gave my cat a heart attack.

17. They sure came back super strong. Many lead changes. But wow they really screwed up in OT.

I hope Rashard has an even bigger game than before -- posting up and scoring big time. And if Howard stays out of foul trouble... we might just get a W.

I look for Lakers to come out hard from the 1st quarter. Magic must be ready. Phil probably has them all bugged up, telling them to treat it like a game 7 -- that a win now will break their backs and ensure a championship.
