The FTC "complaint form" no longer exists and the FCC site doesn't have the right options.

I think it is legitimate to claim that FOX is guilty of rampant false advertising for using the term "fair and balanced" when they are anything but that. It is almost as bad as a high-sugar breakfast cereal being marketed as "safe for diabetics" - possibly even worse.

There are the phone number and e-mail black holes, but can ANYONE find an online form to file a formal complaint? I'm looking for something we can spread around on different forums. I'm coming up empty.

1. Try this one:
http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

If you go into the "broadcast media" one (I think it's called), one of the options is deceptive marketing, I believe.

2. Did you see this?

Not sure how successful your campaign will be. The FCC isn’t so fair and balanced itself anymore.

6. Shit - I missed that - THANKS!
I just got pissed off when I saw the options on the form. I missed the "IF" part.

Okay.
