arrested a homeless guy last week who had gotten bad frostbite in his toes over the winter and never had it treated, i think hes still in the hospital at this time, poor dudes feet were fucked up big time.

I have to quickly point out that gangrene isn’t always caused by an infection. It can be caused by trauma, anything that cuts off blood supply, other stuff I can’t think of right now and I have to go.
