...it is 2 1/2 hours later and they still have not arrived, and that you are forced to call them to ask what the hell is up, and their only response is "Yeah, well I had to come all the way up from Homestead so it's taken me a little while longer", and that still doesn't make sense because Homestead is only an hour away tops, and that you had to cancel your Barnes and Noble lunch break relaxation time (which you haven't been able to do in several weeks and were very much looking forward to it) because of all this.....well, isn't that all a little FUCKING RUDE?
