1.. Dude, where's My Country? by the incomparable Michael Moore 2. Yes, and I actually still own a few...by Tampa Red and Johnnie Ray among a few others, and as far as 45's, I started buying them in about 1962, and still own hundreds, and even now, occasionally still throw some of the best of em on my turntable and crank it up as loud as apartment living will allow . The first one I ever bought was Alvin's Harmonica, and the first rocknroll one was It Will Stand , by The Showmen, followed soon by Twistin' The Night Away by Sam Cooke, and Dear Lady Twist by Gary U.S. Bonds. (and no, I have no idea how I remember stuff like this). My parents also had some 78's but don't remember any 45's ... 3. pretty sure it's Wheeler Peak near Taos, New Mexico which I climbed in the 70's.....13,167 feet...maybe the single most exhausting thing I've ever done in my life. 4. Arizona, because it's close to and similar to my home in New Mexico . Desert, mountains, spectacular scenery everywhere, But I'd stay in the higher elevations; no Phoenix for me ( played in Scottsdale last summer and was sitting around the pool at midnight after our gig, and it was still 96 degrees) . Maybe Flagstaff even though it gets pretty cold in the winter...pretty cool college town though ( Northern Arizona U.)and close to Grand Canyon. 5. Broccoli all the way. But lots of bacon for republicans.
