I saw the shuttle and space station half an hour ago

Very cool, heard they would be visible earlier today. They were quite bright, with the ISS about the same intensity as the very bright planet in the Eastern sky (Jupiter?). Flying less than a hand's width apart, my guess would be about 100 miles. They will be back over at 10:21 tonight here. You can check for flyover times for your area here.
