Al Franken, the humorist being sued by Fox News Channel for use of the phrase "fair and balanced," said Tuesday he doesn't mind the legal action. But he does wish it hadn't happened during his vacation

When he and bill o' were talking about their books, and franken said to Bill something like..

"i havent really got a good cover picture for my book the lies and the lying liars that tell them.. so i was wonderingf if you bill could just send me a picture with your mouth open? id really appreciate it. thanks"
