Fancy Feast Appetizers - cat people weigh in
Edited on Thu Oct-01-09 01:00 PM by Liberal_in_LA
just received a sample

What's up with such a little morsel of food having so much packaging? An amount my cat can gobble up in 2 minutes in plastic, surrounded by cardboard. The picture doesn't do just to how tiny the package is.

1. For people that have to much money they don't know what to do with it.
I believe in giving the cats dessert, but never an appetizer.

2. So if it's pure tuna (or salmon)
why not just buy tuna or salmon?

4. Dog/cat food has become a money-making scam.

Some of the smaller premium brands add up to six or seven dollars per pound for filler and meat by-products.

Might as well buy at the butcher's counter.

5. My cat eats a low-carb dry food formulated from human-grade ingredients
supplemented by a daily afternoon snack of canned chicken, tuna, or turkey or else scraps of whatever meat I'm using for dinner.

I've tried him on canned food, including the high-grade "organic" ones, and either he hates them or they make him sick (messy sick).

6. my cats are hooked on the Fancy feast and purina cat chow. Maybe I should transition them
over to simpler foods

8. I started my cats on dry EVO after 11+years of purina
and they do have the messies but I am thinking just because it is new food. The puppy would still rather have the cat food rather than her $15 per 6lb wellness food
