Tonight is the first offical sweat pants weather night.
A nice little cool front blew in.

Now, it can get cool enough for my new jacket, that will be in December.

It will be hot and humid in a few days.

1. Don't make jealous.
I live 4000 feet up. It's already snowed once. At least I'm not in Montana...

3. We could trade.
I like cold weather.

Why I am living in Houston, I don't know.

Tomorrow I will head to the beach, good day for a walk with the dogs.

Play in the snow for me, I will walk on the beach for you.

8. Sure was, felt like July.
Our weather changes very quickly here.

We don't always get the really cold weather, that stays in Dallas.

That damn barbed wire fence keeps back the really cold temps.

10. Our friends that we were visiting stated that this past summer
was one of the hottest that Houston has seen in years. We also went to Galveston, hard to believe how much damage Hurricane Ike did, hell we came down after a year and it still looks pretty rough.

12. It will take years for the Galveston area to come back.
Did you ride the ferry to Bolivar, makes me sad to go there now.

I miss the beach house in this time of year.

This summer was really hot.

We were really worried about another hurricane this year.

June and July for me is the worst by August I am used to the heat.

13. I only use the wood burning stove for heat.
Even then I like to have a window open a little.

16. I may wear long pants tomorrow for the beach.
It is to hot to wear long pants in the summer.

I have several pairs of cargo shorts.

I will have to wear long pants working early voting but it is inside.

23. It will get warm again.
I never put away my summer clothes.

You can be wearing shorts in the morning and sweats at night, then back to shorts.

It is quiet without the ac on.

20. I have a closet full of jackets I never wear.

Last winter was so mild all I used was my old sweater. My favorite season in Houston is definitely Fall.

24. I bought a jacket at a resale shop during the summer.
Looks new, might wear it 3 times.

Mostly a sweatshirt jacket will do.
