Decorative Return Air Floor Register....Where in the world can I find a Very Large Size (25"x42") ??

Looking for a floor register/grate for an air return in an old house. This is a very large 25"x42" rectangle which isn't exactly off the shelf.

Any ideas on where I can find something like this?

(I Googled around to no avail so far)

but if you're anywhere near chicago, i'd reccommend architectural artifacts, or salvage one.
when we were rehabbing our two-flat, we got lots of great stuff from both places.

4. I work for an HVAC company.

We sell exhaust fans, fire and fire/smoke dampers, and grilles, registers and diffusers. We rep Krueger. I looked through their catalog and didn't find what you need. But we may have access to another line that makes or can make the register you want. I'm the damper guy, but I can talk to out air distribution guy tomorrow and see what he says. I'll PM you the answer. I work 7-4 Pacific time.

Is that the size of the hole in the floor, or is that the size of the face of the grille?

EDIT: Duh. Tomorrow's Saturday. Still, I can call a few people.
