I'm flipping through the channels, I see Misery....then I see at the bottom, The Weather Channel.

What ever happened to blue screen with the script of current conditions, five day forecasts, and a good selection of Muzack?

Do the names of cable channels mean anything in regards to content any more?

8. Simple. Current conditions and forecasts only hold viewers for a couple minutes.

And that translates to shitty advertising rates.
